Everything an agency needs to publish with confidence

Built around how agencies actually work: companies first, approvals always, publishing last.

Multi-company

See every client at a glance.

Log in and see all your companies as cards with live numbers: followers, scheduled posts, pending approvals, unread messages. Companies that need attention rise to the top.

  • One click opens the company's full workspace
  • Account health shows expired or broken connections before they cost you a post
  • Search, filter, and switch companies with ⌘K

Create

Write once. Refine for each channel.

Upload your media, write your caption, and preview exactly how the post will look on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Customize the caption per platform without leaving the screen.

  • Posts, reels, stories, carousels, and video
  • Per-platform captions, first comments, and options
  • Validation warns you before a platform rejects your media

Plan

Two months of content, one screen.

Drag posts across days, filter by platform or status, and see at a glance what's drafted, in review, approved, scheduled, and published.

  • Month, week, and two-month views
  • Color-coded statuses with clear labels
  • Schedule all publishes every approved post in the range with one click

Approve

Nothing goes live without a yes.

A team member drafts. Your social media manager reviews. The client approves. Only then can anything be scheduled. Every decision is logged with who, when, and why.

  • Internal gatekeeper review before the client ever sees a draft
  • Content edits automatically reset approval; date changes don't
  • Full version history on every post

Share

Approvals your clients will actually complete.

Send a secure link. Your client opens a focused page on their phone, sees each post exactly as it will publish, and taps Approve, Request changes, or Reject. No account, no login, no training.

  • One link covers a whole month or campaign
  • Progress bar shows how much is reviewed
  • Change requests come back as notes on the exact post

Reply

Every message and comment, in one place.

Instagram DMs, Facebook comments, LinkedIn replies, and more — grouped by company, read live from the platforms, and answered from one screen.

  • Platform badges and unread counts per company
  • Saved replies and teammate assignment
  • Reply to comments on the post they belong to

Built for agencies that answer to clients

  • Roles that match your team

Admin, Gatekeeper, and Member. Restrict members to specific companies.

  • Approval audit trail

Every approval and change request is recorded with time, reviewer, and post version.

  • Your media stays with the platforms

Publishly never stores your files or your clients' messages on its own servers.

  • No shared passwords

Accounts connect through official platform authorization. Publishly never sees a client's login.

  • Per-platform results

When one platform fails, you see exactly which one and why, and republish just that one.

  • Plan limits you control

Add companies and accounts as you grow; nothing is hidden behind a sales call.

Questions agencies ask us

Do my clients need a Publishly account to approve posts?

No. You share a secure link. Clients open it on any device, review each post, and approve or request changes — no signup, no login.

Which platforms can I publish to?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, and more. Support for stories, reels, and inbox features varies by platform; Publishly shows you what each platform allows before you post.

Can I customize a post for each platform?

Yes. Write one caption, then adjust the text, first comment, and options per platform inside the same composer, with a live preview for each.

What counts as a “company”?

A company is a client or brand with its own calendar, inbox, connected accounts, and review links. Your agency can hold as many companies as your plan allows, and add more at any time.

What counts as a “connected account”?

Each social profile you connect — for example, one Instagram account and one Facebook Page are two connected accounts.

Does Publishly store my media or my clients' messages?

No. Media uploads go directly to the publishing platforms, and messages are read live. Publishly stores your calendar, approvals, and settings — not your files or conversations.

How do approvals work?

Members draft posts and send them for review. A Gatekeeper on your team approves internally. If client review is enabled, the client approves through their link. Only approved posts can be scheduled.

What happens if a post fails on one platform?

You see the result per platform. If Instagram fails but Facebook succeeds, the post is marked partially failed with the reason, and you can fix and republish only the failed target.

Can I limit which team members see which clients?

Yes. Admins can give a member access to all companies or only selected ones.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days with no card required. Sign in with Google and start adding companies.

How is billing handled?

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our payment partner, which handles invoices and local taxes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page.

Can I bring my own platform accounts from another tool?

Yes. Connect the same social accounts to Publishly; there's nothing to migrate except your habits.
